I need to get the place but before I try I want to know if any peeps are looking for cheap art space. My idea is that we all have private work areas with a large area that we all pich in for and use for large projects and openings. Interested? Lets talk about it. A horrible landlord might set the Clubhouse back but maybe it will bring us to a new level. Even if I don't get the 619 building I have been looking at some other spaces where a clubhouse could be created. -Smitty
